This is a short notice while our website only gives information about our service. Our full privacy policy will replace it before we take bookings or sign up customers.

3. What we collect
When you visit our website: your IP address, device and browser details, and pages viewed, which our website host records to keep the site secure and working. We do not use cookies or analytics on this site.
When you contact us: what you send us and our replies.

5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- service providers who help us run our business, acting on our instructions: Fasthosts (email), Netlify (website hosting);
- our professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, insurers);
- authorities where the law requires.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Transfers outside the UK
Our website host, Netlify, may process data in the United States. Where it does, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies) or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale: 12 months after our last contact.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@aiutomotive.io. We will respond within one month, which can be extended in some cases.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, please tell us first at hello@aiutomotive.io. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its date.
